WWDG_Prescaler_2: WWDG counter clock = (PCLK1/4096)/2
WWDG_Prescaler_4: WWDG counter clock = (PCLK1/4096)/4
WWDG_Prescaler_8: WWDG counter clock = (PCLK1/4096)/8
